HOW TO GET A CUSTOM CAKE?
Custom products can be ordered HERE. If you would like to discuss your ideas before ordering please message one of our social media pages with your ideas.
I HAVE ALLERGIES, WHAT CAN I EAT?
Allergen information can be found on individual product pages, by using the search function or you can download our complete list HERE.
HOW LONG IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK?
Please allow at least 7 days for all orders. For orders around special events and holidays please allow at least 2 weeks notice. If you need a last-minute order please send through a message and I will do my best to fit your order into my schedule. Bookings can be made up to 1 year in advance.
DO YOU STILL HAVE A SHOP?
Unfortunately, no. My Charlestown shop front closed permanently on Saturday 16th April 2022. We are currently operating as a home-based business offering online ordering, pick up and delivery days. We also attend markets and events as much as we can.
DO I NEED TO PRE-ORDER?
Yes you do need to pre-order. We no longer have daily stock so all baking is done for pre-orders only. Occasionally I will post on my social media pages with any treats that I have available but the best way to confirm treats for your event is to place an order.
HOW DO I GET MY ORDER?
You can pick up your order or get it delivered. Pick up is available from Killingworth, NSW. Delivery fees start at $10 and increases based on location. Current delivery locations include Newcastle and Central Coast areas. Hunter Valley and Sydney delivery is considered for large orders or for weddings.
